Jack in the Box is updating its legacy, on-premises point of sale (POS) system (registers, printers, payment devices and kitchen stations) with modern, cloud-based technology. This technology upgrade is a key enabler of our business goals of digital sales growth, store-level margin improvement, and rapid tech innovation. Our preferred “subscription” model allows you to make this business investment with no upfront costs, budget predictability, and a reliable path to keep our technology current and competitive.

HOW IT WORKS


You will receive a “welcome letter” approximately 23 weeks ahead of your scheduled installation date. The letter will contain the equipment package default for your restaurant(s) based on Mark Style as well as information about your upcoming, required site survey.  You will receive a second letter 18 weeks ahead of your scheduled installation date that contains additional information about your installation as well as a link to this portal. The portal contains everything you need to know about our partner and the lease program.

Process Flow

  • Enrollment

    Use the ‘Enroll Now’ to begin the enrollment process. We’ll ask for some basic information; you’ll select the POS solution(s) you wish to order and complete the Huntington Credit Application. This process will take approximately 15 minutes.

  • Solution Ordering

    WWT and Huntington are well coordinated to ensure your POS package(s) are ordered, delivered and installed on time. We will also provide you the support and information so that you can easily determine where your order is in the solution ordering stage.

  • Account Management

    We know you are busy! We have worked to make account management as easy as possible. We’ll ACH debit your account monthly for the Lease payment and provide online tools for you to monitor your account. When it’s time to refresh your solution, we’ll help with that too!
